About Huston Holdings
Huston Holdings was founded in 2020 with the aim of providing strategic business advisory services and mentorship to business leaders striving for increased significance in their personal and professional lives. At its core, Huston Holdings exists to steward business and investing as a platform for eternal impact—leveraging financial returns not as an end, but as a means to fuel charitable giving and advance Kingdom-centered initiatives. Through this model, the firm seeks to integrate faith, leadership, and financial stewardship in service of lasting, meaningful impact.
Who We Are
Shea Huston, Founder & CEO
Shea Huston is a lifelong entrepreneur who views business as a platform for change and building eternal impact. With a career spanning over 30 years in finance and technology, Shea has held leadership roles at respected firms including IBM, Deloitte, Winthrop Resources (a division of TCF Bank), and Honour Capital—a purpose-driven equipment finance company he co-founded to reflect a covenant-based, servant leadership model. For Shea, business is not just about building wealth, but about creating environments where people are valued, communities are strengthened, and God's love is made visible through enterprise. His work is deeply rooted in the belief that business can—and should—be a force for good, pointing others to Christ through integrity, generosity, and faithful stewardship. This is why he started Huston Holdings and the Huston Charitable Fund with his wife, Kerry. In addition to his professional pursuits, Shea is passionate about discipling others and encouraging men to grow in their faith. He serves on the board of Men of the Kingdom, a ministry focused on developing spiritually grounded leaders, and is actively involved in his local church, his kids’ schools, and various charitable initiatives. Shea earned his accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he was also a member of the 1995 NCAA Division I Men’s Soccer National Championship team. He and his wife live in the Twin Cities with their three children, striving together to live out the Great Commission—making disciples and reflecting Christ’s love in their home, workplace, and beyond.
